Building on the Mall 4 - Even Higher!

By October they had completed the highest story of the hotel.
Then by the end of October, because of the financial crisis, apparently a bank had defaulted its commitment to payroll and so they have stopped construction temporarily.
This is what I will have to look at outside my window now until they begin construction again…. :(
