Each semester I teach a meditation class at the University of Virginia. This is the the audio of the 1st Chakra meditation that we did in the Spring 2008 semester. It is similar to the other 1st chakra meditation (done in Fall ’07 semester), with some variations and a different emphasis. By listening to this, you are invited to relax and journey with us.
