Fourth Chakra Audio mediation - Autumn '08

Each semester I teach a meditation class at the University of Virginia. This is the the audio of the 4th Chakra meditation that we did in the Autumn 2008 semester. In these troubled times, we need to send healing out to the earth and to each other. So sit/lie back and allow Source Light to flow thru to your heart and emanate out to your loved ones and to the world.
