Free Yoga Classes
This class for the Fall Semester will be:
Room # 2009 McLeod Hall, School of Nursing Mondays 5:15 – 6:45 pm
Fridays 11:30 – 12:45 am
The format of these hatha yoga classes is geared towards anyone interested in exploring their body’s range of motion. A typical class may include pranayama (breathing techniques), followed by a combination of yang (moving) and yin (static) yoga asanas, including vinyasa (flow) poses and ending with yoga nidra (deep relaxation). Emphasis is on body alignment and correct posture.
