Come learn various techniques for meditation-

Meditation aids in balancing and de-stressing the body and mind. Come experience how sitting quietly in meditation can assist in creating peace and tranquility in your life. The session will begin with guided visualization to assist in calming the mind and relaxing the body. A different insight will be explored each week.
