Second Chakra - Seat of Power

This is a guided visualization for women, as it is specifically geared for women to travel down into their 2nd chakra, where women hold their “Seat of Power”.
This journey takes a woman down to find what her “throne” looks like, into self-healing, finding aspects of Self and communing with the Goddess.

Please note that this meditation was recorded in a school classroom where there was construction work going on. You may hear some background noise from the work, altho I hope it doesn’t seem too distracting.
