Sixth Chakra Audio Meditation - Spring '09

Each semester I teach a meditation class at the University of Virginia. This is the the audio of the 6th Chakra meditation that we did in the Spring 2009 semester. It is similar to the other 6th chakra meditation (done in Fall ’07 semester), with some variations and a different emphasis. In this meditation you are invited to meet your “Inner Guide”.
