Each semester I teach a meditation class at the University of Virginia. This is the the audio of the 3rd Chakra meditation that we did in the Spring 2009 semester. It is similar to the other 3rd chakra meditations with some variations and a little different emphasis. By listening to this, you are invited to relax and journey with us.
