Third Chakra Lecture - Spring 09

Every semester I teach a meditation class at UVA. This is the Third Chakra lecture for the Spring 2009 class. There were so many unable to attend this lecture that I thought I would tape it and make it available for the students who missed class. This is by no means a full summary of the third chakra attributes, but just a quick outline of some of what the solar plexus chakra stands for.
